Tim and I are moving to China, officially. It is HAPPENING! . In honor of making the rather large decision to move: I decided to make dim sum. Cantonese pork bao and veggie dumplings, both were delicious. So excited to get over and learn some recipes from the masters, and Tim is excited to eat them! :) Now to make lists, of things to pack, things to buy, things to do... Appointments, Visas and Contracts, Oh my!

and the dumplings....so beautiful and fun to make. We made a huge batch of these and the bao and ate them all week, it was spectacular.
I don't know why I didn't take pictures after they were steamed, this is in the uncooked state and they are so much more delicious looking when they are steamed. Oh well, they are gone now.
