I don't know how I missed this before but one of my student's English name is Ainnus.  Pronounced just the way you think it is.  I read it out loud in class and then I must admit....I giggled.  It was horrible and of course they want to know what was so funny.  It was embarassing and I had to figure out a way to cover it up without having to explain it and humiliate the girl.  I think it's time to have the talk with my students about changing some names :D
